Internal tooling improvements for Customer Success team

As Emmi prepares to level up our customer support and customer success functions, we have been improving our internal tooling to make supporting customers more efficient and less error prone.


We have introduced a new internal app for investigating exact data points used to generate results of any public asset class, along side results generated. This turns investigating anomalous results into a simple job for a customer success team member, before escalating to data scientists or data engineers.


We have also upgraded our existing internal app for processing customer portfolios. This app is now capable of processing almost any scale of portfolio + benchmark, across all asset classes, all in one go.
